In the entire thread you have been arguing that choosing where to live and finally decide to live among people who have the same or similar culture and background is somehow racist.

I think you do understand, well you may not, that regardless of how many attempts you have on this issue, your arguments are neither convincing nor are supported by any good evidence.

Plus that it is obvious and clear that people choose to live, if it is possible financially, in places that they feel more comfortable, i.e places occupied by other people of the same culture.

You know..same culture, same food, same music, same habbits, makes life a little or a lot more easier for many!

The card of racism doesn't play well I most of these threads.

you say that other person does not have evidence so what exactly is your basis
Well yes it is racist as you are simply saying you prefer to live among white people than black people, and that is purely based on skin colour?

What other reason do you have for not wanting to live among black people? You’re discriminating against black people for personal preference?

We are all human so what valid reason do you have for wanting to only live among white people? There’s no valid argument for your point unless you are simply racist and judge people based on the colour of their skin.

What about the other way round.

As I say, we are all human so why does the colour of someone’s skin matter so much?

I just don’t see a valid reason in discriminating against a race just because “I prefer to live with people of the same skin colour as me”.

If we are going off that logic, then you are simply saying that you judge people off their skin colour. How would you know you prefer living among white people if you haven’t bothered to get to know any black people?

It’s discriminatory to state you won’t live with a specific race simply because of their skin colour.

That isnt really the question though. There being a large difference between actively avoiding people because of their skin colour and being drawn to those of a similar culture/history/etc. After all, people do tend to gravitate towards what is familiar.

That is true but it is still wrong to state you don’t want to be around people of a different race. Familiarity is great but the question asked was “is it racist to want to only live among white people” so the answer to the original question is yes it is racist.

Just because a culture is familiar to you doesn’t mean you should disregard all other cultures and refuse to socialise with those of different backgrounds.

Indeed.
Although i feel we should view this topic with the nuance it deserves in that its rarely so black and white (pardon any perceived pun). After all, i have heard plenty of people say they'd like to be a in a relatively more homogeneous town, that is to say being in the majority, i cant say ive heard many people ever say they want to see the place white/black washed.
That is, whilst there are of course the two obvious extremes to this most people, one imagines, would rather fall somewhere around the middle ground.

I agree. However I was simply replying to the OP question to which the answer is - yes, it is racist.

People can have preference, I’m not denying that. But you cannot discriminate against a particular group of people for something they can’t control, eg. skin colour. There are extreme viewpoints, I do agree with you there and yes, this topic is not black and white. However, you can have preference without being discriminatory. Yes, many people would fall among middle ground but at the end of the day, there is no excuse for prejudice of any kind.
