When will the Official Accommodation Swap thread for 2023 be made?

I recently got an offer of accommodation at Oak House and would like to swap it. Usually swaps are done under an official thread but the 2022 one is closed and I don't think the 2023 one has been made yet. Could someone make the official swap thread?

Hi. I’m a post grad student and haven’t got my accommodation offer yet.
I thought they start giving the offers by June. How did you get yours so early?

I am a 1st year undergraduate (soon to be 2nd year) reapplying (international student). I think reapplying is before most applications. That's probably why I have an offer earlier than most. I'm not sure but I think some incoming 1st years get early offers too.

Hi. I’ve been assigned to an accommodation at Victoria Park campus, however I want a city campus accommodation. I have sent an email to the uni accommodation team requesting the change. What are the chances of them considering my request? I’m a post grad student with an unconditional offer.
