I was just wondering whether anyone has had, or knows anyone with luminous/UV tattoos:holmes:

I always thought they looked pretty cool:ahee:

I don't know if this is true, but I read on a tattoo website that it's like illegal or dangerous or something to get UV ink
Good bit of info on the subject here:

http://wiki.bmezine.com/index.php/Glow_In_the_Dark_Tattoos

Basically says:

Glow in the dark ink, the stuff that absorbs day light then glows for a while in the dark >>> actual UV reactive ink that only shines under a black light

But, imagine this:

You're a sophisticated young woman. You run a successful business - let's say you work for Lord Alan Sugar.
BUT BY NIGHT, you are Trixie and you like to dance on tabletops and drink pitchers of beer and god-knows what else. You're covered top to tail with intricate tattoo work :coma:

And nobody would ever know your night identity because your tattoos are hidden :mmm:

:colondollar:

my new tattoo. got it done at modern body art in birmingham, have noticed some others from there too on here

This is nicely done I think. Detailed but not too busy, bold colours, and good use of skin for highlights.
I haven't got any on my foot but I understand the top of the foot like this isn't the most pleasant place to get them done. Must've got a bit sore.

I wouldn't say you've missed all that much in today's chatting. A lot of it was the usual lighthearted spam. :teehee:

Also, feel free to upload the picture to the society's album. :teeth:
I'm starting to have some ideas for my next tattoo. I really want to get it done by Frank Carter from Gallows, because I'm a massive fanboy :colondollar:

Your voice is lovely :daydreaming:

Ever heard "I think I'm turning Japanese"? :wink2: Geishas almost always look good, in my experience at least. Thinking of getting them coloured too?
