Chance of getting into Oxbridge with strange 2:1?
I studied at Durham and got a low 2:2 in second year due to recurring illness for which my Personal tutor wrote a letter explaining the circumstances.
In 3rd year I got my act together and achieved 80%, giving me 66% overall.
Is it worth applying to a less competitive Oxford course with that? Or no chance at all

I reckon he has a fair chance though, since his grades show a positive curve and 80% in 3rd year should make for a competitive application
