Video Interview - Talk to camera or screen?

I have a video interview tomorrow, and I have prepared some facts and examples. However during the interview if I am talking to the camera and take my eyes off to look at some notes/info it would look really bad.
But if I talk to the screen which still doesnt look that bad, I could have my notes on screen and they wouldnt bat an eye.

Can anyone share their thoughts on this? Is it fine to talk to the screen, you could still smile and engage with the interviewer.
