I dont think any..not sure, why can't she contact the universities herself?
Probably worth just ringing a few she's interested in to find out. I don't see why there wouldn't be somewhere that would accept fee-paying students.

They changned the fee structure a few years ago I think only 1 or 2 universities were allowing fee paying students and the rest were only offering NHS funded students. I suppose it makes sense that if you are not british / or staying here permanently then you shouldn't really get a NHS funded place.
But I'm not sure why they don't just allow international students to pay for themselves like Medical students.

I think Bedfordshire accepts for the degree but not the diploma.
She's overseas - expensive to call, although she did make a few calls yesterday and emailed some. Just thought someone on the forum might know of others.
