Applying through UCAS again [Can I reapply while holding a deferred offer?]

Lets say i applied to unis A, B, C, D and E this year. Uni A accepted me and allowed me to defer till 2012 (2 years). B,C,D and E rejected me.

So now i want to reapply to B,C,D,E and F during the 2011 application cycle for the 2012 slots. What do i have to do? ( i already have a firm from Uni A for 2012 already.) Can i directly apply?

You can't apply at all if you're already holding a deferred offer.

You'd have to reject your 2012 deferred offer.

lets say if i were to reject the offer and reapply as 1 of the choices, would the chance to get into the uni sort of decrease? or is it like starting again on a fresh new sheet of application form?
