in my opinion yes, and i travelled 260miles for it.. lol but it really depends on course.. i mean unis are better for some things and others are better at others (if that made any sense!)

well you need to be a bit more specific in your question than "is it a good uni"

do you mean is it highly rated academically?
is it good socially?
is the teaching good?

overall Leeds is one of the most popular unis in terms of applications so their standards are high, and it is in a good city for being a student so yes it is a good place to spend 3 years of your life and do a degree. I'll stay on and live in Leeds when I finish.

There is always Leeds met if you are looking for a more technical degree. Also Leeds Met is going to be cheaper for the tuitions fees compared to most university's I believe?

Both university's in the city have there good points. :smile:
