I really need some help for my project, the deadline is looming....

Basically I have conducted an experiment on (n) participants, and I have 2 sets of results (before and after).

I want to know how to present my results and statistically analyse these results in the best and most appropriate fashion. I am using Minitab v.16.

Is there anyone who can offer me any tips or advice please?
