paid for wifi so why not

PS3(2nd 60GB refurb) died yesterday - Sony want to charge me £134 for a replacement which would also be a refurb. I got it for free last time so ummm no thanks.
After exams I'll buy a 250GB/320GB Slim instead.
I have three Qs
- If I rang up do you think I'd still be entitled to one month of PS+? I managed to download the two free games so they'll be in dl history but I didn't do PS+ and I'm not sure whether I will be getting a console before 3rd July or whenever the deadline for redeeming rewards is.
- Does anybody buy faulty PS3s(it is a 60GB version) apart from eBay, and if I did use ebay does anyone know what an expected price could be?
- How can I get my Black Ops disc out without totally wrecking the thing?

yeah but I've bought newer versions and none of them were as good. the in ear ones can be pretty painful if they're too big.
