Reaction: This is going to sound awful...but indifferent. I don't really want to study languages, and I've applied for Music at Edinburgh as well (and it's my No. 1 choice - like I'm properly desperate to get into that course), so I my reaction was more, "oh good, it isn't a rejection for Music", rather than "yay, an offer for French and Italian!" :redface:

Reaction: I cried! Had a rejection then got an email saying that after deliberation they had decided to make me an offer. This is my top choice and I've never been so happy by an email in my whole entire life.
