Which course help please????

Need to select the course i want to study by wednesday and am really struggling on which course to choose. I have a real interest in high voltage electricity after my work experience in a power station and i want to work on power generation and transmission/high voltage railway systems. I dont really have an interest in small electronics (circuit boards, microchips etc) and want some help choosing which course. Should i choose to study purely Electrical Engineering or Electrical and electronic engineering. The Electrical and electronic degree would give me more scope in more industries but the electrical only degree is accredited to partial CEng and there is a MEng course which is also accredited which i could take after the BEng. The Electrical and Electronic Degree isnt accredited for CEng (IEng instead) and there is no follow on masters. Any ideas
