Looking for accomodation!

Hello! I'm 22 and starting my first year a DMU. Not been very pro-active about getting my accommodation sorted, am from the Leicester area but looking to move into town, so seeing if anyone has a room going. Happy to share with lads or girls, mixture would be best but am also considering studios if anyones got one they wanna get out of? Willing to pay up to around £100 a week, maybe more for the right place. Social people who are up for a laugh and going out preferable!

Hiya I'm looking for someone to take over my flat at code.
It is a delux studio, with a TRIPLE WARDROBE, DOUBLE BED, TV, ENSUITE.
It had just been BUILT THIS YEAR.
So is brand new and very modern.

It's usually £115 a week, with FOUR INSTALMENTS OF £1380.
HOWEVER the first one had been already paid.
I would only want £400 back for the deposit and connection fee.
Therefore it's a GREAT DEAL!!!!

The only reason I want to move is because my friends have a space in their house now.

Pm for more details or text 07415284275.

Thanks!!!!
Hello.
I know it might not be exactly what you are looking for, and I might be a bit late, but I have a room available in a house on Gaul Street, about ten minutes from DMU campus.
Sharing with two 3rd year lads definitely social and up for a laugh. Rent is £65 a week, not including bills, and the first installment has already been paid.

Message me if you're interested.

Hi, I have a studio flat available
Hi everyone,

Up until a couple of months ago I was at DMU studying Mental Health Nursing but have unfortunately had to drop out and move back home to Cheshire due to illness.

I have signed a tenancy for a room that I am unable to get out of and need someone to take it over. The room is in a lovely house on Barclay Street, only a 10 minute walk from DMU and is £60 a week exc. bills. It will be shared with 4 second year nursing students who are all lovely. Ideally we would like another nursing student or at lleast someone who will understand/be respectful of the busy nursing schedule! The house has 5 double bedrooms, a living room, kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two bathrooms containing both showers and a bath and there is space for parking.

Please feel free to message me with any questions or if you are interested.

Thank you!
