Becoming a car mechanic
Hi, i was wondering if anyone knows where i can become a car mechanic, or even just get something like a book or an useful internet website which can teach me the basics of car mechanics or something or some kind of self help to becoming a mechanic?
I am a total novice when it comes to the car, so i would need to go from scratch aka complete beginner.

EMTEC is probably your best chance.
The Hilliers guide to Automotive technology is a brilliant book, it goes through nearly every part of a car. If you read book two, that covers car electronics such as ESP.
