Possible to get an A* in GCSE German with my current grades?

Controlled Assessments:
Writing A & A*
Speaking A
List & Reading (have been getting A*s)
so suppose I get A*s in Listening & Reading could my German grade possibly be A* even though Wrting & Speaking are worth 60% in total & Listening & Reading 40% in total

It depends if they are high As or low As. If they are only a couple of marks off an A* then getting mid-high A* in the listening and reading will secure you the A*, if they are closer to the B you will have to get nearly full marks to get the A*.
