Msc Finance and PE reinstate your application

Hi all

I was a reserve offer holder for the Msc finance and PE programme for 2022/23 but due to limited spaces (and the fact that i applied very late) the offer didn't go through. LSE advised me to reinstate my application for 2023/24 which i have couple of questions about.

1. I am able to resubmit both my personal statement and CV. Is it recommended to change/edit them or just keep them as is? I do not think it is wise to completely write a new PS from scratch as the one i wrote got me a reserve offer. In addition, nothing has really changed in the course or myself so there wont be anything new to write about.What do you think?

2. Will i be able to apply for a scholarship for 2023/24 even though i missed the deadline for my 2022/23 application and got a reserve offer on the basis that i didn't apply for a scholarship?
