When ever my phone starts ring and vibrate it keep vibrating until i switched it off.

Moved your thread to Mobile Phones. Please refer to the sticky thread at the top of 'Advice On Everyday Issues' to check that you're posting in the right place.
Try a factory reset, sell it for parts or send it to a recycling centre if it doesn't fix the issue.
Sounds like a software-level issue, not an issue with the phone's motherboard itself. Hence why I didn't mention sending it to a repair store.
