How to navigate a construction management career with very little experience
So I have just finished a Construction Engineering Management degree and have found it hard to find a construction management placement. Now I am wondering if I should first become a site engineer before applying for trainee management roles to grow my experience. I am 28 years old so I am not sure if that will factor in my job applications. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated
