does anyone know where the previous year grade boundaries are for the second language paper ?

i would not consider these boundaries as predictions for this year though. they were generous with the last 2 years because of covid :frown:

But the thing is I’m doing second language gcse higher
not first or foundation so I’m really confused on the grade boundaries :frown::frown:

same here!
second language higher tier
last two years the papers were realtively diff with regards to syllabus and method of assessment. and this year my teacher said they had introduced new topics as well as made it a bit more challenging to bring the level of assessment back to pre covid. now fingers crossed for the last writing exam!
just learn as much vocab as you can as well as the connectors. hopefully it wont be that tough:frown:

I also don't like the environment topic!! It's the last one we did so I feel so unprepared for it!!!!

honestly same, but the problem is neither have come up in a while, so i have a bad feeling that they might come up

ngl (and yh im bout to sound crazy) but i preferred the listening ppr over the writing. its not like i did bad on the writing its jst ik i def got higher marks on the other ppr yk? (btw the majority of my yr said they found it alr)

it was honestly alright! i think it went better than the reading paper which was surprising but there were a couple of words i wasn't sure on - how did you find it?
