Positions with higher salaries?

Hey

Any tips?

Like taking certifications etc to get positions with higher salaries. It's something I'm thinking of.
That’s a bit vague. What qualifications do you currently have, what are possible areas of interest, what do you count as a higher salary? If you want really high salaries then specialist surgeons, banking etc but these require degrees.

In what sort of field? Dentistry? Teaching? Scuba Diving?
Communications skills is the number 1 thing you can improve

People promote people who are competent but, more importantly, that they like and want to work with

If you want to run your own business (or even help run someone else’s) then people skills are still number 1 when you’re looking to get the best out of people or convince them to buy from you or convince them to agree with you.

So, if you want to get ahead, the best thing you can do is improve your communication skills / people skills (that will also help you at interview)

Secondarily, building on any experience you have and for later roles, develop your leadership skills. No one ever achieved anything great by themselves, it always takes a team.

So, to earn higher money, learn leadership and how to get the best out of people
