Worth saying that for lots of universities phoning is still the option I would recommend.
While most universities will use social media to talk to applicants, not all will be making clearing offers using these platforms.

Oh for sure phoning is usually the preferred option and also the quickest but it's nice to have official alternatives as well :smile:

We would need to check with the clearing team but enough to avoid any wait times! The teams sole focus will be supporting the clearing phone lines, along with academic staff to assist where needed as well.

Social media and live chat will be around 5 across the day but resources can be moved around where needed as everyone supporting will be in the same space :smile:
