UCAS application- level of qualification question

Hi!

I am an American looking to go to University of Edinburgh for my masters degree. On the UCAS education section, it asks "Please state the highest level of qualification you expect to have before you start your course" and gives these three options:

1. below honors degree level qualifications
2. honors degree level or above qualifications
3. I will have no qualifications.

I have a bachelors degree from the U.S., and I was not a part of the honors program, but I am just a bit confused if I would put option 1 or 2. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!
