Books

Hey I am applying for Fixed Income/Equities roles and wondered what sort of books people tend to read and whether they'd found any of them useful?

I've read, Inside the House of Money (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Inside-House-Money-Traders-Profiting-ebook/dp/B00GYXP8CW/ref=sr_1_1?crid=VHDJBULTY2O5&keywords=inside+the+house+of+money&qid=1698783782&sprefix=inside+the+house+of+money%2Caps%2C73&sr=8-1)

It was interesting but I don't really know if I learnt anything...it was kind of like, people who have worked in markets all their lives are pretty good at it and look how much money we made once we knew loads of stuff...

Any other great recommendations? I've heard Liar's Poker is like the bible so thinking of trying that out next...are there any actual books which give you some sense for what the experience is really like?
