Withdrawal

I have been permanently withdrawn from my course because I haven’t completed the online registration on time (the deadline was yesterday). I was going to withdraw temporarily, I was just struggling with my mental health REALLY badly last few days, also money wise and accommodation wise I’m in huge trouble, and I know, I screwed up by ignoring their communications about registration, I guess I just didn’t think this could happen.

Can I appeal??
