GCSE name

Hi so basically
I just got my gcse timetable and it includes my middle name (I think cuz my school uses baptism certificates for stuff) but it’s not technically part of my name legally like it’s not on my passport, it’s just a baptismal middle name- should I ask them to change it or does it not matter that much??

(I did a gcse last year and it has my middle name on it so would it be weird if I change it now??)
