Can Imperial judge my application negatively if I reapply after getting rejected?

I was rejected for mechanical engineering and I'm thinking of reapplying for the same course next year since I meet the contextual criteria for the course (due to moving house). But will they know that I was non contextual last year and I got rejected and thus view my application in a negative light? I'm really worrying about this.
