English language requirements for law

Hi! My daughter got a conditional offer from King’s with a condition she needs to clear the English language requirement. I find that strange as all along she has been schooled in International Schools with English as a medium of instruction. Most recently her AP English language score is a 5/5. If there is any other International kid who applied from the US and faces this situation please message me. Need to discuss.
