How can I get into Brampton?

I recently had an interview just yesterday, but the lady had said it was not an interview but rather just a few questions and that I was invited to the June open day. Does that mean I have an offer?
My mock grades are:
chem 7
bio 8
physics 8
maths 7
eng lit 9
eng lang 9
rs 6
geography 9
art 9
pe 7

I am picking biology, Chemistry, Maths and Psychology.
If I get these grades at GCSE with maybe an 8 in chemistry instead, would I be able to get in? Or is there any way for me to strengthen my application?
