I'm a researcher at Bolton University and am currently taking part in some research about the impact of the death of a pet. If you, or anyone you know, is aged 12 or over, living in the UK, and have experienced the death of any pet at any time in your life, we'd love to hear from you.

I am not living in the UK, so should I take part in the poll?
The initial first page of the form is ambiguous: it reads as though one needs to be between 12-16 in order to take the survey, and one cannot access the information sheet without using a gmail (or other email?) account to request access. This also means that one cannot truthfully agree to having read the sheet.
