Megathread of Eastenders

I am so glad someone else has noticed Tanya's hair. It has really bugged me these past few episodes lol. She keeps turning up looking like she has been dragged through a hedge!

A couple of things that annoyed in this episode.

1) The black social worker(?) that didn't even bother to comb her hair before going on TV. Throughout the whole scene I was just staring at her head.

2) Kat knowing it was not her baby then changing her mind about it not even three minutes later. I really thought she was going to ask for a DNA test then

3) Alfie lying to Kat about being with Tommy. Not cool

BK isn't making a good impression

Who's BK?

Tiffany is actually one of the better kid actors I've seen on the show. But Tanya I'm finding really annoying, something about her is bugging me. Maybe it's her new hairstyle or the fact that her snidy remarks to Max are just getting boring. Also, we can see where this Greg/Tanya wedding is heading (Tanya probably have an affair with Max and the wedding won't end up happening and Max/Tan are back together again....Woop di doo).

I'm glad there have been 3k worth of complaints, might make the decision makers at EE that the New Year angle completely sucked.

BK isn't making a good impression

Anyone else got a feeling theres gonna be something with Greg and Vanessa?

He's pretty crap so far! It's a shame because when he's interviewed he knows the backstories of all the characters, he just doesn't seem to have a clue what to do with them! To be fair though, it's not all his fault. EE has been rubbish since Dominic Treadwell Collins left (executive storyliner). Incidentally, he also created Christian and Syed's relationship which is probably why they're a bit crap too since he left!
Which reminds me- where the hell are the Masoods?

Yeah I meant Brian Kirkwood, the producer. He seems to be obsessed with babies, affairs etc. And isn't doing a good job of the show atm. As someone else said earlier, this storyline seems to just be him trying to 'prove' himself but imo it's not working.


And something with Greg and Vanessa? I was thinking either something with them or something between Max and Tanya again. I dunno, but something will probs happen with them. Maybe Greg will argue with Tanya and Vanessa with Max because Vanessa is getting irritated with Tanya and Greg with Max, and they might have a little 'bonding' moment and be shagging the next minute, or something.

Yup. I swear BK has an affair fetish! Apparently everyone was having affairs when he ran Hollyoaks too.

I've said so many times BK should just let all the characters have an off screen orgy- BK can even write it if he wants! Just so all the characters stop being over-sexes and sleeping with each other! Carol and Connor? Almost Masood and Jane! Ian/Glenda/Phil... I heard on DS that a radio show said too much sex and cheating, it's horrible! Oh and I have another corker!
Someone needs to tell BK to go get some porn and leave it at that!
