A market for sex exists because women don't 'put out' enough
The market for sex (prostitution, escorts etc.) is huge in this country and across the world. There are huge numbers of men who have sex with women for money on a daily basis. The demand is high and these women charge high prices.
Yet the demand from women to have sex with men is almost non-existent. The demand male prostitutes and escorts get from women is essentially from old fat women or rich businesswomen who don't have any time to find a relationship. In short, the market is extremely one-sided in favour of women and against men.
Now why is this? It's simple: everyday women don't 'put out' enough. That is to say they don't give enough sex to men. The average man is starved of sex. Where is he going to get it? Where is he going to satisfy his sexual needs? It is clear that everyday women are not going to give it to him. Paying for it becomes his only option. Thus a market exists because regular women don't give the average man enough sex.
In stark contrast everyday women can get sex whenever they please at no cost whatsoever. They are in huge demand by men. They have all these options available to them that they will never ever need to pay for it. Essentially what the rest said, regardless of whether your point has validity you can't simply demand sex. Perhaps those sex starved guys need too find a partner with a higher libido, mine has a higher libido than I do so they obviously exist.

Just because a bloke wants sex-DOES NOT MEAN it is a woman's duty to provide this!!
There are many reasons why a given woman may not want to have sex with a given man....
Many men only want to offer dick-they don't want a woman as an equal partner - they just want a sperm receptacle... These men will always be on the bottom of the list...

I don't think it's because women don't put-out enough. I think it's because many men will have sex with anything that crawls, whilst many women won't. 
What are women supposed to do about it? I mean, not every man who goes to a lady of negotiable affections is in a relationship. Should us ladies walk around the streets calling out for lonely, sex-starved men, like, "Come here, big guy! I'll help you out!"
Then there are men who have certain fetishes, and they may feel too embarrassed about them to see if their partner would like to try. Now, I am all for communicating with your partner about these things, but perhaps he knows that she's not into him crawling into a box and her kicking the stuffings out of him? Or him farting on her face?
I don't think it's right to go out and pay for sex behind your partner's back, but it does happen. Sometimes it's business men, away from their partner all the time. How could she even "put out", then, if he is not around?
Anyway, any relationship where one or the other or both are under constant pressure to "perform" in case the other might get their kicks elsewhere is not a healthy one. There shouldn't be any pressure. It should be a mutually enjoyable experience.

OP, you're obviously correct in your economic argument that women have something that men want more than men have something that women want. That doesn't in any way make it a moral argument that women should put out more.

Actually, despite the knee-jerk reactions on this thread, this is a serious field of academic enquiry (see attached paper). Men without access to sex (or low social status) may be more prone to crime, rape etc. However, the argument in the paper is that monogamy (rather than female promiscuity) helps ameliorate these problems. Interesting read.
