paddington 2 - 9/10
The Wicker Man (the one without Nicolas Cage screaming "NOT THE BEES") - 7/10.

Unfortunately I knew what the conclusion of the film would be, which somewhat removed the eerie disease you're meant to feel. Nonetheless, it was disturbing at times and an enjoyable watch although you wouldn't be mistaken for thinking the horror film was at times a musical.

moonlight 10/10
Black K Klansman 7/10

Found it very funny and I enjoyed the story being told, but even though it was a Spike Lee joint and I knew going into it that it would be very political and anti-trump, the way the dramatic irony was done was a little too on the nose to the point where it damaged the story telling. On one hand I really appreciated how it showed women were also complicit, but on the other hand I didn't appreciate how through it made out almost all KKK members as being utter buffoons who can barely read and write.
Johnny Handsome 7/10.
