You know how to write OQ in terms of OP (it gives it to you.) and you know how to write OP in terms of m and n. Substitute the second into the first.

Okay so OP = 0.5m+0.5n

I don't understand what you mean by substitute, What do you want me to substitute?

OP = 0.5m+0.5n

And OQ = 3/2 * OP

Substitute what you got into that.

And OQ = 3/2 * OP

Substitute what you got into that.

0.75m +0.75n

but shouldn't it be 0.6*OP?
