Iodine clock method - working out concentration of iodine ions?

Hi,

I'm doing A level coursework, spec OCR Salters b Chemistry and I've chosen to the do kinetics of the reaction between iodide ions and peroxydisulfate ions.
does anyone know how i can work out the concentration of iodide ions because i know that i need to plot a graph of concentration of iodide ions against rate of reaction.
could any one help please?
thanks
By extrapolating from whatever the rate of reaction is

You should know the conc. of the stock solution, just divide the volume of I- solution added by the total volume of reaction mixture, that'll allow you to work out the initial conc. of the I- in the reaction mixture.
