nah it's not and it's probably the best solution to the trolly problem.
Smoking bans should be extended to every single outdoor location in the country, regardless of geographical area. Smokers should only be allowed to smoke inside their homes. It's a vile habit, they just keep spreading their carcinogenic second hand smoke everywhere.

I demand that David Cameron fix this problem.
You now get a fine too if from October if you smoke in the car with someone under 18 as a passénger!

I support the greens, but this is hella dumb.

You're out in the open air, any risk to other people is the most minimal it could possibly be.
Greens are the most totalitarian and ban happy party in the UK. Funny that so many so called "libertarian" leftists like them.
