Is getting a Comptia A+ the best option for me?

As I have no degree but want to get into IT support? I have an MTA in OS fundamentals but did that for the exam experience it probs isn't even worth putting on my cv.

It would help. Try to get work experience in IT support, help desk and obtain more experience, certs along the way.

If you are into networking, obtain a CCNA, get some work experience for 18 months and you could be looking for a rewarding, well paid career, I know a guy with no degree, did that and he is in a well paid career now. For the first two years, only think of obtaining experience.

Good luck!

You could do a computer science degree, which will leave options of getting into various programming jobs, software, networking, systems, test analyst, project management, web development, IT jobs.

Their are plenty of resources like Udemy, youtube, khan academy, code academy for help.
