there was only 1 gamma ray

Ahhh I thought that a positron and electron were Annhilating which usually produces 2 gamma rays. I wrong then...

What do people thing the grade boundaries will be?

it wasnt veryyy difficult so 75-80 for an A id say

i got 2.3 ohms for resistance. plus minus 0.1 uncertainty.
My current 0.037 A across that 33 ohm resistor as I did 2.7/73 ohms which was the total resistance in the circuit.
Also i got 2.4 x 10^-12 m for the wavelength of electron positron question.

Same

Positron electron annihilation causes 2 gamma phonons in opposite directions due to conservation of momentum doesn't it?

40A is a huge amount of current. I got 0.037A but can't remember what the circuit was and how I did it.

Think they're referring to the transformer current. You should have got 240V on the primary coil. P=VI so 24/240 gave 0.1 which makes sense as it was a step down. Think national grid. Current is always low. And I did get 0.037 for the other current question so I believe you are right there

1.1MeV protons have 0 binding energy and there are 2 nucleons in the produced hydrogen so 2.2/2=1.1
analysing students findings
-Gradient triangle too small, he should use a bigger gradient triangle.
-uncertainties in measurements e.g ruler, ammeter, top pan balance
-Best fit and worst fit were not drawn.
Please reply with question numbers and more answers or edits so I can edit accordingly.

What was the question about which had 21.6 as the answer?

I got 0.025A. The power of 24W was on the secondary coil as that was the power of the lamp. We got voltage of the lamp as well 12 A so I was 2A in primary coil. Turns was 20/400 x 2A gave 0.025

let me take a look, ive attached the paper in my first post solutions coming soon
yeah sap434 i did the same. 57 mins
Original post by Sap434
I got 57 mins coz it said decrease by 30% rather than decrease to 30% so i did ln(0.7)/ lambda

Yeah for the transformer one I got 0.1A

It definitely said 'decrease to 30%'

Wasn't that the permittivity one? I got 2.2*10^-11 for that, 26.1 is way too high, since free space is 8.85*10^-12 which would make the relative permittivity 2.44*10^12.

No it definitely 100% said decrease to 30% as I checked that like three times.

ah thats it, i got 26,100 somehow. It was femto metres (-15)
