Is getting a 8 in my GCSE mocks normal or above average, i just want to know so i can be prepared if i do bad.

It’s an A* so in what way would it be “average”

i mean if you're getting an 8 in your mock exams, you have all the more reason to be getting 9's in the real one :wink:

But in all honesty, an 8 is a good grade.

heck its not average. its above amazing. there are people like me getting a 4(low c) in maths and 6's(B) and one or two 7'S(A). so you are doing great! work hard and aim for a 9
