Sequence and series help!!!

Can anyone evaluate this FM series question 7*9+9*16+11*25+.......+61*900???

So basically the sum from N =1 to N =28 of (2n plus 5)(n plus 2)^2.
Expand and simplify and use standard results to solve the series.

Why the sum is from N=1 to N=28? That's what my confusion is. I already found the general term.

Because 61 = 2 x 28 + 5
And 900 = (28 + 2)^2

Tbh it’s easier to notice the pattern as (2n+1)n^2 from n=3 to n=30
