You've got to work both in terms of the number of packs and the number of pens.
There will be 14 packs in each pack bundle. Each bundle will have 7*2 black pens, 3*5 red pens, 6*4 green pens which in total is ...
You should be able to work out the number of pens from the total given and hence finish the question?

I understand that there's 53 pens in total but I'm not sure where to go from there

Ok good you've found the total is 53 pens. Now you want to find out of these 53 pens how many are green. This should give you a fraction like green pens/53. Multiply this fraction by the total amount of pens and you get the number of green pens sold

Hope this helps
