Xbox disc read error

Does anyone know of any good ways to get a disc to read on an Xbox One? I've inserted two games into the Xbox One and neither of them work but some of the others I've tried work perfectly as well as a DVD I tried. I'd assume that the issue is with the discs but not sure how I should go about cleaning them properly.

Use a glasses cleaning wipe or apply a lil toothpaste to your finger and wipe it on then remove it with a wet wipe or soft wipe so it’s completely dry

I think some game shops charge like £2-4 to clean the disk

Better off getting it done by yourself than trust GAME with their jacked up prices. GAME is so jacked it may as well have been a participant in Vince McMahon's WBF.

If they're not scratched then it's the lens in the console. Those old lens cleaner discs (with the little brushes on them) actually work sometimes.

Otherwise, look up how to replace the lens, or find someone else to do it.
