Stationary point question

the question is to find the stationary points of 2x^(2)y + xy^(2) + 3x
the x values are given to be x = 0 and x = -y. However I am unsure as to how they have got this. Can you guys explain how to get this and what steps to take to get to the final answer?

thanks

Hmm... the question itself doesn't make sense. Is this supposed to be an implicit function of y(x) and x (in which case you are probably missing a =0 at the end), or a multivariate function of z(x,y) (this is uni stuff btw, but we have some uni folks here asking questions, so just making sure)?

If it's the prior, follow you standard procedure of finding when does y'=0 will work.
