Tenancy Takeover in Manchester salford

I have decided to not continue with my tenancy at True Student Salford 2. I am therefore trying to look for a replacement tenancy for 23/24 academic year.

The tenancy is for an en-suit with four other tenants sharing a kitchen/lounge on the 6th floor of the apartment. The room itself is 16sqm with a city view.
