AQA A-level physics
I was going through the specification, and it states 'a graphical explanation of formation of stationary waves will be expected'. I was wondering what that meant exactly?
I think this means sketching and recognising that the two propagating waves will superpose to form the stationary/standing wave. So, can you take a still of two propagating waves and determine what the resultant stationary wave would be? (Can you add numbers from a graph)
