Do you feel you are mistreated at work?
If so, talk to your agent.
I'm not sure how this agency and work experience works, if you quit, would you have to redo all the paralegal again?
(I don't even understand the difference between paralegal and internship in law... Sorry)

Talk to your agent, and if you don't find their handling of the situation satisfactory, contact an employment Ombudsman who will advise you on if you have a legit legal case.

If you do, they could help you access a lawyer and then it's show time. You could bag yourself a sizable amount of dosh.
