Soton Tenancy Takeover- £125pw female only

Hi! Moving accommodation so need someone to take over my contract: £125 (incl bills) a week until early September (I got a 50 week contract from Sep'23) Room comes with a wash basin, double bed, desk, cupboard, drawers, chair etc pretty spacious ave uni room- sharing 3 toilets and 3 showers in a flat 8-9 ALL GIRLS, All SOTON but mixed range of yrs (all rlly nice nd chill)- cleaner comes once a week & circuit laundry. Closest unilink bus stop is 5 min walk to platform tavern (aka 1st stop by the docks for U1A) but also have bluestar buses a 2 min walk away eg 17/19 buses 15 min walk to city centre/westquay Ocean village 2 min walk with co-op/tesco for late night runs Nice reception/helpful management & 24/7 site staff
