Tenancy takeover in Sheffield

Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in the summer. The room comes with a small double bed, a study area and plenty of storage, so all the essential features are covered. You'll share two bathrooms (each with a shower and toilet) with two other flatmates (both girls). This room also includes a free fortnightly clean of the shared kitchen and shared bathrooms, with 24hour security at reception.
You'll have the use of a kitchen and dining area with oven, microwave and fridge freezer. Knight House residents have access to social spaces, a games lounge and study areas. You will also find a cinema and dining room.
Perfect for if you are looking to stay in Sheffield over the summer, whether you are working, new to Sheffield and wanting to explore. The University of Sheffield facilities are within walking distances with The Diamond only 5 minutes away and Tesco being 4 minutes away. Lastly, West street is also 10 minutes away!!
