Hi havlen,

I'm Chris from CS at Newcastle and like TrojanH said, you will use Java a lot in Stage 1 and Stage 2.

In Stage 1 and Stage 2 you don't choose your modules and they will cover other language such as assembly language, C and other languages.

If you choose the HCI specilisation then in your 3rd year you will be automatically be enrolled to the following modules:

CSC3095 Project and Dissertation in Computing Science

•

CSC3723 Ubiquitous Computing

•

CSC3722 Advanced Interaction Design

•

CSC3721 Introduction to Human-Computer Interaction

•

CSC3122 Mobile Computer Systems Development
