Need More UCAS Points

Just started my first year at university, and was looking for summer internships for first year students. on looking I found that internships and graduate schemes all asked for a 2.1 degree and at least 300 ucas points.

Iv got 260 ucas points so far, 3 a levels.

I need to get another 40 points somehow for me to at least try and get into one of these graduate schemes

how can i do this.

Do an EPQ (Extended project qualification). Doesn't take much time. It's pretty much filling in an exam booklet within a year and writing a 5000 work essay on a topic of your choice, oh, and a presentation. I wrote mine with a lot of grammar/spelling mistakes and managed to get an A* (even though it's an AS).
A couple of my friends literally did theirs the night before and got B's. It's the easiest AS out there to do well in. Just make sure that your course accepts its UCAS points :smile:
