Need help with computer science personal statement

Hello!

I'm applying to Oxford for Computer Science and I'm needing some clarification on whether or not what I wrote about the field was completely accurate.

In terms of coding, is it right to say that two people can write a program for the same function but end up with completely different code/method?

Also, I see Computer Science as a field that is like a hidden backbone for many advances such as health. Am I right?

Lastly, are programmers needed in the health industry to make new technology for treatments?
